Registration is now open for the 47th Annual Anchor House Foundation Ride for Runaways to be held this summer.
This annual charity bicycle Ride/Walk-Run event exists to support the operations of Anchor House. We are grateful to all the participants and the Anchor House Foundation for making this event a success each year!
There are several options for participants in this event including the Classic Ride, the Flex Ride, or the Flex Walk/Run. Volunteers are also needed to be part of the Support Team.
The 500-mile Classic Ride starts in Geneva, NY and ends at the Quakerbridge Mall, with stops in Corning, Binghamton, Scranton, Stroudsburg and Clinton. It starts on July 12 and ends on July 19.
Volunteers are needed for the Support Team to assist in a variety of roles during the Classic Ride. Learn more about being on the Support Team on the Anchor House Foundation Ride for Runaways website.
Options offering more flexibility were added several years ago, allowing for those who could not be part of the Classic Ride a chance to participate in the event. The Flex Ride is also 500 miles and the Flex Run/Walk is 100 miles. Either of these options can be completed between June 7-July 19, 2025.
