Dear Friends of Anchor House,
As Anchor House continues to grow and evolve, the board and senior staff felt the need to re-articulate the Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV) that serve as the foundation of our work.
We are incredibly excited to share that a new MVV has been adopted and will be formally announced within the next month.
The need for a new M/V/V was identified during Anchor House’s Strategic Planning process and then developed during the implementation of the three-year plan which started in July 2021. Thanks to the contributions of our former youth, young adults, and families, the new MVV incorporates the real-time needs of the young people who use our services, and places greater emphasis on safety and inclusivity.
Stay tuned for the upcoming roll-out of this enhanced and insightful MVV. We are confident that it will not only guide our work in service to our community, but also have a transformative and positive impact on the future of Anchor House.
