Data & Outcomes Coordinator (Full-time)
Are you looking for a job with a purpose where your talents and skills are valued? Are you looking to make a difference? If so, Anchor House is the perfect place for you!
Having served the Trenton area for more than 47 years, Anchor House has been providing services to youth and young adults who have run away and those that are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, abuse, or neglect. We are looking to add to our dynamic team!
Our ideal candidate is looking for a career with purpose in an established organization that is big enough to offer work in different areas, but still small enough that you are known by your name and not just a number.
We are currently seeking a Data and Outcomes Coordinator, at our Trenton office, to join our team. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to creating meaningful impact through data! This role leads program evaluation and data strategy efforts—turning numbers into powerful stories that drive decisions, secure funding, and showcase the transformative work of Anchor House.
This position is Mon-Fri 10a-6pm Salary Range: $50,000 to $53,000
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate insightful reports to support program evaluation, strategic planning, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to assess program effectiveness. Provide regular outcomes-based reports that clearly demonstrate the impact of various initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing data systems and databases to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical support and hands-on training to staff in data management and analysis tools, promoting self-sufficiency and data fluency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for database vendors—troubleshooting issues, managing relationships, and guiding the integration of new features or platforms.
- Promote and embed a culture of data use across the organization, encouraging evidence-based thinking at all levels.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms and systems.
- Work closely with the development team to provide accurate data for grant proposals, funder reports, and the annual Impact Report.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Anchor House staff, supporting cross-functional teamwork and a shared commitment to data excellence.
- Design and implement logic models and data evaluation plans that support meaningful and measurable program outcomes.
- Create and maintain clear policies and procedures to uphold data quality and system usage standards throughout the organization.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences.
- Participate in the ongoing refinement of data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and relevance.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Nonprofit Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or data systems management—preferably within a nonprofit or social services setting.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and other analytical software; experience with Apricot and HMIS is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear reports and presentations.

- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the mission and values of Anchor House.
