Anchor Link Street Outreach
Anchor Link is the agency’s Outreach program and provides services to youth ages 14-21.
The Anchor Link Street Outreach Program (SOP) provides services to youth ages 14-21. Our SOP team conducts direct street outreach to youth on the street, provides and engages youth through gateway services like food and clothing, and connects youth with services and resources to leave the street including shelter and safe housing placements.
A Drop-In Center located at 868 Brunswick Avenue in Trenton complements the work being done on the streets where youth who are experiencing homelessness, living on the streets or at-risk of becoming homeless can frequent for meals, laundry, case management services and have access to email/Internet and a phone.
In 2025, the SOP team distributed 12,989 food and meals, 5,362 hygiene items, 2,817 clothing items and 2,368 flyers. The SOP team made 1,000 transports and provided employment assistance 102 times.

Anchor Link Drop in Center
The Drop in Center is located at 868 Brunswick Avenue Trenton, NJ. It welcomes any community youth, ages 14-24, in need of services.
Services offered:
- Survival aids, access to bathing facilities, kitchen, computers, washers and dryer
- Assistance in finding emergency shelter or alternative living arrangements
- Crisis intervention, counseling and case management
- Life skills job development and employment assistance
- Education assistance
- Advocacy and referrals
- Aftercare
