Anchor House welcomes two new experienced and caring individuals to the team. Pauline Leung, Director of Outreach and Housing Initiatives and Jessica (Jess) Giggengrove, Connect to Home Case Manager.

Pauline Leung joins the team with extensive experience most recently as a behavioral health team leader and clinical care navigator.  She holds an MS in Counseling from Cairn University.

“I am thrilled to join Anchor House in providing solutions to tackle youth homelessness and instilling hope among unhoused youth for a bright future,” explains Pauline.

Pauline will lead our outreach team with targeted efforts to prevent youth homelessness.  She will also lead our Safe Housing Programs that help young people obtain housing assistance, basic needs and support.

Jess Giggengrove comes to Anchor House with experience supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence and helping them move toward independent housing.  Jess received a bachelor in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.

“I’m so excited to be a part of the Anchor House team that helps to empower and support our local youth.” states Jess.

As a Connect to Home Case Manager, Jess will guide youth in obtaining housing vouchers. Case Managers also provide services such as life skills, referrals, job assistance and aftercare.

At Anchor House we believe every young person deserves a chance to succeed.  Staff plays a crucial role in providing the tools, resources and support needed to help youth overcome challenges and prepare for independent lives.
